How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone: open Settings → tap your name at the top → SubscriptionsVYTL ProCancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are processed by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the VYTL Coach purchase, and follow the prompts.

The paywall says "We couldn't load pricing right now." What do I do?

This usually resolves on its own within a few minutes. Tap Retry. If it persists, close the app, make sure you have network connectivity, and reopen. If it still fails, email us at support@vytl.fitness.

I lost my workout/meal data. Can you recover it?

If you're signed in with the same account on a new device, your data syncs automatically. If data appears missing, sign out and sign back in from SettingsSign Out. If that doesn't restore it, email us with your account email so we can investigate.

How do I delete my account?

Inside the app: ProfileSettingsDelete Account. This permanently deletes your account and associated data within 30 days. Alternatively email privacy@vytl.fitness to request deletion.

Apple Health isn't syncing my workouts or weight.

Check that you've granted permission: iPhone SettingsPrivacy & SecurityHealthVYTL Coach, and make sure the relevant data types (Workouts, Body Mass, Heart Rate) are toggled on. Then force-close and reopen VYTL.

Strava disconnected. How do I reconnect?

SettingsIntegrationsStravaConnect. You'll be taken through Strava's OAuth flow in a browser window. VYTL only imports your activity records; we don't post to Strava.

Is my health and fitness data safe?

Yes. We use HealthKit data only to personalize features inside the app. It is never sold, shared for advertising, or sent to analytics or crash-reporting services. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
